Product comfort assessment is also a feature of the Design & Engineering process with customer trials and computer software assessment forming the basis of the engineering process.

Following the completion of the design phase, prototype components will then be manufactured and reviewed with customers before final drawings are released.

The final phase of Engineering will ensure that the manufacturing unit is fully appraised of how to produce the components in a repeatable fashion. To this end Breakdown Drawings and Work Instructions are a part of the release package.
